What can you do with contacts?

On the Contacts page,  you have the ability to

  1. Quickly lookup a customer by using the search bar. Simply type a word pertaining to your contact to narrow your search.

  2. If for any reason, you have made changes to your contact details within Invoice Away and wish to pull the latest info directly from Xero, tick the checkboxes for the contacts you wish to sync data directly from Xero with and click on the blue “Sync with Xero” button and the data will pull through.

    Note: This will not change the additional contacts section in Invoice Away.

     

  3. If you wish to change the primary contact for your customers or if you wish to add additional contacts ( a maximum of 2) when you send an invoice out, this is the place to do it. Read this for more details.
